Customer Survey

We would like to hear your views about the Cheshire Pension Fund, even if you don’t use our services regularly to help us improve the services we provide.

The survey will only take about ten minutes to complete.

As a thank you for taking part, you will be entered into a prize draw where you will be in with a chance of winning £30 worth of Love2Shop vouchers.

Completing the questionnaire is voluntary and all the information you provide will be treated in the strictest of confidence.  No information will be released that could identify an individual or household.
