We recently held a consultation to gather the views and feedback of Members and Employers regarding our new Communications Strategy. We’re grateful to those who took the time to let us know their thoughts on the strategy, and its objectives.
The outcome was very positive with an approval rating of over 80% in all three of our set questions.
The anecdotal feedback was positive and constructive. It has provided us with plenty to think about in the coming months, and years. We have left this feedback, as absolutely verbatim, in the published results below, removing only personal details.
We will seek opinions on the Communications work we do, regularly, where appropriate, in order to ensure that we are best serving our Members and Employer’s needs. We will also review the strategy on an annual basis the work that we have undertaken in that year.
