The Pensions Regulator
The Pensions Regulator protects the UK’s workplace pensions. They make sure employers, trustees, pension specialists and business advisers can fulfil their duties to scheme members. They make sure that employers put their staff into a pension scheme and pay money into it. They also make sure that workplace pension schemes are run properly so that people can save safely for their later years.
The Pensions Ombudsman
The Pensions Ombudsman is an independent organisation set up by law investigate complaints or disputes about pension schemes. They are completely independent and impartial. They look at the facts without taking sides, and their service is free.
