Employer Engagement Strategy

Our Employer Engagement Strategy is a reflective and forward-looking document, which assesses current baseline information and sets out clear outcomes and outputs supported by a robust framework for monitoring, self-evaluation, and action planning.

The strategy reflects our commitment to engagement with Employers. It details what we (the Fund) will do, and how we will support you in-order to support our members. It also specifies what you can expect from us and what we can expect from you, as well as providing information about our ‘Digital First’ aim.
