When to use this form

Use this form to apply to buy additional pension through Additional Pension Contributions (APCs), which can increase the amount of pension you receive when you retire.

Before you start

You will need:

  • your National Insurance number

  • your payroll reference

  • your APC calculation or modeller results

  • supporting documents if required

The form usually takes around 10 minutes to complete.
