LGPS Employee Contribution Pay Bands 2025-2026

Every April, the LGPS adjusts the pay bands used to set an employee’s contribution rate in line with changes to CPI (Consumer Price Index).
The pay bands and contribution rates effective from 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026 are available here.
Employers should share this information with their payroll provider to ensure the correct amount of contributions are deducted from 1 April 2025 onwards.
