Breaches Policy
This policy sets out the responsibility of members and officers of the Cheshire Pension Fund and the local pension board in identifying, managing and where necessary reporting breaches of the law as they apply to the management and administration of the Fund. Where a breach of the law is identified both the Fund and the local pension board will take all necessary steps to consider the breach and report to the Regulator.
